How to relieve stress?
I'm so stressed, my ocd, bipolar, and adhd really contributes. But, I'm having a lot of social problems. I don't have anymore xanx, so suggestions would be lovely. I hate my therapist, I wish I had someone pratical to talk to, and someone who understands.
My anxiety attacks have become so bad I HAVE to use my inhaler.
Stress is the emotional strain brought on a person by tension or pressure. It is entirely mental. To get rid of it starts with adoption of the attitude of Alfred E. Neuman, "What, me worry?" When one has successfully assumed the truth that there is no such person as that deemed a "loser" by the young then one has started to escape. Such a person is only a figment of the imaginative propaganda of those responsible for the pressure.
