How do I properly clean a ceramic Neti Pot?
I just got one of these to help with a terrible sinus and lung infection, but I don't want to make matters worse by not having it properly clean...
Doing it the same way I clean the dishes (by hand or in a dishwasher) just doesn't seem....sterile...enough for something that I'm supposed to use to deposit saltwater deep inside of my face.....
clean it by hand so it doesn't break. Rubbing alcohol will sterilize it, but make sure to wait til it's totally dry! You can rinse it with clean water after, if it makes you feel better.
