Natural Health Products Stay healthy, naturally

I think I had alcohol poisoning on Saturday (two days ago). I threw up a few times and spent the entire night until a little past 10am in the bathroom because I was too weak to get up. I didn't go to the hospital to get treated and the next day I spent fairly nauseous and hungover, but now its the day after that and I woke up this morning and contined to have a lot of liver discomfort and difficulty taking deep breaths and as well breathing feels slightly laboured.
does anyone know what i can do to make this go away?
ive just been trying detox items like water and lemon tonics and just stayed with things easy to digest like simple carbs but this is really uncomfortable.
has anyone else had this effect before?
