Ferrum Phos

can belladona be given if ferrum phos and kali mur are not able to break fever in pneumonia (aspiration)?

been giving my dad aged 74 , ferrum phos 6x and kali mur 6x ( could not find 3x) since 12 hours by alternating every 30 min to 1 hr and have given three doses of Lobelia 3x(7drops) ...breathing is still laboured but better than morning and fever is still present Oxygen saturation is 93 and Heart Rate is 91 ( after one treatment with inhaler Albuterol around 3pm ) any suggestions ??? Was also giving Morpine (Roxanol) since two days but of no help... Please go ahead waiting for your input...Thanks .
