Natural Health cure for impotence/low testosterone here...?

Tried various herbs like Nettles, Sarsparilla, Saw Palmetto,
Damania & all worked for a month or so but after that still soft.
In average shape/average sex life....now all soft all the time.
Do any of those penis strengthening exersizes/kegals work?
I'm pretty sure due to low testosterone since other symptoms include very slow recovery from lifting at gym & sarsparilla really helped that recovery & energy level bigtime. but alsa soft here again after first month of use. What to do? WM 39
y o average shape/exercises regularly, never any drugs Rx or otherwise, Not a vegetarian healthy eater with plenty of veggies/fruits... Previously very virile just tapered off with age.

You might want to clean up your chlesterol with some Vitamin E, L-Argine (spell)?

Have you ventured with Yohimbe Bark, Tibulus Terrius (sp), Ginseng, Goldenseal, Damania, Long Jack? I have not seen the long jack by itself but in drinks like Redline & Black Pearl (available from GNC & Smoothie King).
