Cheerleaders- Best Phiten ?
I am a cheerleader and sorta flexible. I haved heard that the phitens make you more flexible and I am definetly looking into getting one. The one I like is Titanium Necklace Air. What is the best one for cheerleaders? that is not over $35.00 ??
The Titanium Necklace Air is a good choice! It's lightweight and runners tend to like it because it doesn't bounce around - so I would imagine cheerleaders would find that useful too. Plus it comes in some nice colors. Of course, if you have to match your cheer uniform, there's a better variety of colors in the Titanium Necklace Air. Like Jessica said though (and I'm sure you're plenty aware) that stretching is important! You can always use the Liquid Titanium Lotion to help warm up (or loosen up after a workout) by massaging it into your muscles before or afterward.
