Using a scale of from 1 to 10, how effective is the public health system in the United States?
How effective is the public health system in this US compared to other countries and if you give a rating please explain your rating.
I need you guy's thoughts on this.
I would say about a 5. My reason is because it is very difficult and expensive for most families to even afford good medical care. It's not a fair system, and the only reason it is a 5 is because we do have hospitals like the Mayo Clinic that are world known, but most states it is unfair
