Skin discoloration on my chest?

A few days ago, my skin was pretty clear..now, I have what almost looks like dark green and tan camo all over. I tried scrubbing it off (thought it was dirt at first) but no luck. Then I thought it might be a bruise, but there's no soreness and the entire area is about the length of my index finger. The width is about that of my thumb (stretched tip to knuckle.) It also appears to be getting bigger..anyone know what to do, besides keep scrubbing?

Don't scrub it anymore which could easily cause it to spread.

Can try some moisturizer or hydrocortisone cream then leave it alone. You do have general measurements to see if it spreads but give it a few days before you measure it again.
